Young people are likely to do better in a setting that is self reflective and responsive to the needs of its children and families. A reflective setting constantly evaluates its provision, looks for ways to improve this and then acts on these findings. Often the demands placed on schools and other educational settings make it difficult to put time on one side for these reflective practices but the benefits of doing so often outweigh the time investment.
A range of electronic tools and 'off the shelf' schemes are available to support settings, minimising paperwork and making the most of the time available.
Eduscope can offer:
- Training on self reflection and quality assurance processes
- Development of bespoke electronic audit tools
- Delivery of a needs analysis/audit on your behalf, with a report on findings
